How it works: When placing your order, you are laying claim to some of the best beef we can raise. Since we do not keep large amounts of beef in stock waiting for orders, the beef you order probably hasn’t even left the farm to be processed. So we will ask you to make a non-refundable deposit to reserve that portion of top-shelf Angus Beef as yours. We have a big obligation to our animals and need to keep their care our first priority, tied with exceptional customer service. You will be contacted within 48 hours of your order. When we get in touch, we will go over the details including when your beef will be ready, if you want to customize your cutting order, and how we are going to get that Angus Beef to your freezer.
How to Pay: You will be asked to make a non-refundable deposit to reserve your Angus Beef. When you order on our website you can pay with Credit Card, Stripe, or Paypal. The balance of your order is due in full upon delivery. When your order of tasty beef arrives, you can pay your balance with your choice of credit card, PayPal, OR take advantage of a 3% discount on your balance by paying in CA$H.
EXAMPLE: Let’s say you order the Half Beef for $2.75 per lb hanging weight. On the day you order you place the down payment of $315. The steer has a hanging wegiht of 750 lbs (weights may vary). Since you ordered a half, your Hanging Weight is 375lbs . Thus your total price would be $993.75, plus processing. When we deliver your beef, we will have your total with processing included and subtract your down payment of $315. .
What you get: A Whole, Half, and Split Half Beef will produce all beef cuts: steaks, roasts, ground Angus burger, ribs, soup bones, liver, etc. To make it as simple for you as possible, we created a standardized cutting order listed below. If you would like to customize your order, that’s no problem at all just let us know and we will do our best for you! Please note, customized cutting orders may take longer to fill.
How much you get / Freezer Space: Animals are not identical. So while we can estimate about how much beef you will receive, that number may vary. But as a general rule of thumb, a Whole Beef REQUIRES around 16 cubic feet of freezer space for storage (2′ x 4′ x 2′). A Half Beef REQUIRES its own mid-size freezer.
How you get it: We are offering FREE DELIVERY to all of you that live within 50 miles from the Farm. That is all of the Wausau/Marshfield area, and some of Stevens Point! If you live outside of that radius, we are still more than willing to serve you, but there may need to be a delivery charge added to your order.
